About the job

  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Improve customers' satisfactory level by providing consulting solutions via web chat, e-mail and phone calls
  • Liaise with internal parties to ensure efficient and effective service to customers
  • Assist in other ad-hoc assignments as required

About the People

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skill
  • Hardworking, self-motivated, able to work independently 
  • Mature, responsible, careful
  • Excellent typing speed
  • Familiar with MS Word and Excel
  • Hands-on experience from retailing would be an advantage
  • Shift duty is required (Mon-Sun, 10:30-19:30, 8 day off/month)
  • Immediately available is preferred
