職位描述

Responsible:

  • Interact with customer for the whole order processing or handle complaints from bulk production.
  • Communicate with supplier to ensure on time delivery & price negotiation when needed.
  • Work closely with Production Development team, Production team, shipping and warehouse.
  • Handling enquiry of overseas sales office, monitoring the stock level, discuss the forecast with sales & overseas CS & follow up outstanding payment.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned .

Requirement:

  • 2-3 years’ relevant experience, preferably gained in trims industry.
  • Self-motivated, positive mindset and ability to work under pressure.
  • Well organized & good communication skills.
  • Proficient PC skills, including MS Word / Excel / Outlook.
  • Good command of spoken/written English, Putonghua, and Cantonese.
