Customer Service Support Representative (5.5 day work)

 

Job Duties:

  • Handle customers’ inquiries via email/call/in person in an efficient and professional manner
  • Ensure all procedures taken are complied with Company Policy 
  • Act as the on-site service ambassador and ensure prestigious service for VIP clients and valuable business partners is provided
  • Document all call information according to the standard operating procedure
  • Work closely with all parties to ensure effective service to customers 

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • Qualified license of IIQE Paper I & III is a plus
  • Customer-oriented with positive thinking
  • Basic MS Office knowledge with Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua 

 

Working Hours: 

Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm
Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm
