Requirements :

  • F.5 or above
  • 3 years relevant experiences in clerk / customer services
  • Relevant experiences in preparation of tender documents/quotation will be an advantage
  • Experiences in management social media or marcom tools will be an advantage
  • Excellent in microsoft office, chinese word processing, excel and power point
  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Polite, could work under pressure and work independently
  • Initiative, responsible and willing to learn

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and follow up tenders / fee proposals
  • Maintain good relationship with clients and follow up on their enquiries and customer services
  • Prepare Monthly Statistics
  • Prepare marketing materials
  • Carry out office support to Director Board / Management
