Responsibilities
- Sales order follow up
- Handle enquiries, price quotation and maintain good relationships with customers
- Communication with overseas agents.
- Presentation and visitor preparation.
- Data input, management and sales analysis.
- Reporting and system development
Requirements :
- Form 7/DSE or above
- Relevant experience in Sea or Air forwarding or Shipping Field is preferable; Fresh graduate will also be considered.
- Good spoken and written both English & Mandarin.
- Proficiency in customer service skills is an advantage.
