Qualifications & experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of commercial experience with Business Intelligence (BI) / Data Visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, and Power BI.
• Familiarity with Tableau Server configuration and administration is a strong advantage.
• Experience with no-code automation tools like Blue Prism to streamline processes is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to deliver efficient, timely, and reliable solutions.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Understand clients’ needs and implement agreed-upon solutions.
• Develop dashboards using Business Intelligence (BI) tools such as Tableau, QlikView, and Power BI.
• Provide technical expertise and support in configuring and administering Tableau Server.
