Data Product Specialist

Job Nature :  

• Define and execute the data product roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineering, data science, and business units, to develop data products that solve business challenges
• Identify opportunities for leveraging company data to create new data products or enhance existing ones.
• Define metrics and KPIs to measure the success and business value of data products
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in data product development
• Foster a data-driven culture within the organization, educating and evangelizing the use of data for decision-making
• Oversee the entire data product lifecycle from conception to launch and post-launch analysis
• Develop POC (Proof of Concept) by leveraging different kind of data tools and programming languages

Characters / Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience in product management, data analytics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of data architectures, data pipelines, and data analysis techniques
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with data visualization tools and techniques
• Experience in python programming
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in Prompt Engineering for data process and manipulation is a plus
