Job Description:
- Managing financial and business performance metrics of Hill’s online brand store
- Developing and implementing comprehensive demand generation strategies and plans to drive lead acquisition and consumer conversion across all retail channels (online and offline inclusive)
- Working with Brand Team and Customer Development teams to align goals and ensure a cohesive brand message and enhance pet parent experience
- Creating and managing targeted consumer campaigns across retail channels riding on our retailer partner’s membership database, such as email, social media, etc
- Utilizing marketing platforms/ automation tools to streamline lead generation processes and personalize consumer interactions
- Play a strategic role in leading Digital Transformation internally and externally
Education/ Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Management or related disciplines.
- Experience in Performance Marketing, Social Media Management and Shopper Marketing experience, preferably in Demand Generation roles
- Knows their way around the tools of marketing automation, social listening platforms, Google Analytics, and so on.
- Familiarity with the pet food business is highly preferred.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
- Experience being a pet parent
Expected Areas of Skills
- Fluent in Cantonese and English.
- Excel in HKTVMall eCommerce Management, Facebook Business Manager, Social Ads
- Digitally savvy and curious, understand the dynamics of eCommerce
- PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
- Willingness to experiment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (internal, external, all levels)
- In-depth knowledge of metrics
- Ability to adapt strategies based on data
- Has a customer-centric mindset focused on solving prospect’s larger issues
- Experience leading cross-departmental initiatives.
