Design Lead / Senior Designer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multimedia design, branding, and marketing, and be able to translate complex ideas into compelling contents.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, manage creative and design direction of our brand
• Set the overall design strategy and direction to develop and execute creative multimedia contents, such as graphics, videos, animations for various marketing campaigns, both online and offline
• Create brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all brand communications, including messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice
• Supervise the design process from start to finish, including research, ideation, prototyping, and production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure design aligns with overall brand strategy and marketing objectives
• Groom and mentor designer, providing feedback and guidance on design projects to help subordinate achieving maximum potential
• Keep abreast of design trends, technologies, and best practice, and incorporate them into designs
• Ensure all design work is in high quality, delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in multimedia design, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including branding, print and digital design, and advertising
• Attention to detail - a keen eye for design and with the ability to effectively present and defend design decisions
• Proficient in multimedia design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design & animation tools
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web design principles is a plus
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
• Experience in project management, including resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting
