Desktop Support Team Leader

•             At least 3 to 5 years Desktop Support experience
  -             Experience in supporting a Managed Service account is necessary
  -             At least 1 year and up Desktop Support Team Leader experience
  -             Must have knowledge in M365 end user support
  -             Must have knowledge in building Windows PC using corporate image. Experience in updating the Windows PC image would be a plus.
  -             Experience in working in an organization that has more focus on PC compliance and end user IT security policies.
