DevOps Field

Responsibilities:

• Develop tools for application and performance monitoring
• Automate and streamline operations and processes
• Develop in cloud environments such as AW, Alibaba Cloud;
• Contribute to system architecture design.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 2-5 years’ experience as an AWS SysOps Administrator, DevOps Engineer, Systems Engineering or Solutions Architect
• Experience in apache, nginx, redis, keepalived, mysql, php, lvs, haproxy, Zabbix, ansible
• Familiar with scripting languages shell, python
• Knowledge with any of the Cloud Service Providers (CSP), including AWS or Azure or GCP or Aliyun
• Knowledge with Docker, Kubernetes

Cyber Security Field

Responsibilities:

• Provide Network troubleshooting and maintain network stability.
• Perform on-site technical support on corporate LAN/WAN, with emergency support service when critical problems.
• Manage security and risk via vulnerability management, compliance assessment and security incident management.
• Be responsible for security management tools such as IPS, firewall review, endpoint protection, proxy, malware, security monitoring, log consolidation system etc.
• Create and manage an awareness training program to enhance security awareness among employees.
• Perform 24x7 standby support and ad hoc support.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines.
• Min 2 years’ experience and practical knowledge on implemented and operated information / cyber security management operations, including anti-virus, vulnerability scanning, intrusion detection/prevention system and SIEM etc.
• CISSP, CISA, CEH or CCNA/ security certificate holders are preferred.
  Familiarity with various platform architectures, including Windows Active Directory, Linux, and Cloud infrastructure.
• Experience in supporting network monitoring tools and config of router and FW.
• Familiar with Cisco, Fortinet devices

IT Support Field

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support to staff for hardware, software, and networking issues.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Keep accurate records of hardware and software inventory and documentation.
• Set up and configure new workstations and mobile devices.
• Help maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity and related issues.
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve IT-related problems following ITIL standards.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures.
• Ensure that all IT equipment is maintained and in good working condition.
• Provide training and support to staff on basic IT procedures and software applications.
• Document and update technical procedures and user guides.

Requirements:

• Certificate / Diploma in Computer or related disciplines
• 1 year related working experience preferred
• Handle network & helpdesk support, hardware and software installation
• Candidate with less experience will be considered
• Immediate available preferred
