Key Responsibilities
- Develop marketing strategy on digital platforms, include but not limit to social media, SEM, SEO, PPC and syndication platforms
- Implement marketing activities by data analysis to nurture customer engagement, increase conversion, website traffics and brand awareness
- Monitor audience traffic/ respond on key metric measurement tools
- Optimize media buying efficiency and performance marketing
- Provide accurate and insightful reports to represent important metrics and findings
- Work closely with internal & external parties to support the media campaign roll out and execution
- Responsible for social media channels and strategic media plan to maximize digital share of voice & engagement
- Analyze media investment and ROI, recommend KPI and room for optimization
- Optimize marketing campaign, keywords search and online performance with analysis reports
- Monitor and stay on top of market trends and make recommendations to management
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years related digital marketing experience
- Hands-on experience in SEM & SEO and Google Analytics 360 Suite (Analytics & Tag Manager), Facebook business manager/ad manager, facebook pixels and event tracking, Google display ads, etc, from track setting, ad placement, data analytic, optimization and reporting
- Digital-savvy and knowledgeable on the latest social and digital trends
- Analytical and sensitive to numbers
- Ability to measure and monitor performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against ROI and KPIs;
- Strong analytical and logical sense
- Team player with good communication skills
