Digital Content Marketing Officer

We’re seeking a passionate and organized Digital Content Marketing Officer at Capstone. You’ll play an important role in the end-to-end process of social media management, including developing our social media strategies, producing captivating content, executing and optimizing campaigns, and reporting key indicators of success to drive growth.

 Responsibilities

• Plan and manage digital content marketing strategy across social media platform (i.e. content creation, posting and monitoring social community)
• Work with the key social media platforms to deliver various objectives; reach new customer and grow our brand awareness
• Create compelling content (original text, videos and images) that builds connections with social media users
• Coordinate with teaching staff to develop, launch and run regular promotional campaigns
• Work with the administrative staff to develop conversational marketing strategies that encourage meaningful and timely interactions with potential clients
• Using social listening, social analytics and website analytics tools to deliver on established success indicators and provide relevant recommendations to improve performance;
• Develop search engine optimization / marketing (SEO / SEM) strategies to boost the company’s online presence
• Be up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies for future media campaigns
• Develop appealing angle and digital marketing ideas to make the content approaching target audience across multiple channels
• Provide supports to the team for ad-hoc projects

 About You

• Bachelor Degree / Higher Diploma in Marketing or other related disciplines
• 1 year of working experience in social media marketing, digital marketing or event marketing is preferred
• Fresh Graduated with outstanding marketing portfolio is also welcomed
• Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a clear understanding of tone and target audience.
• Knowledge in AI, Photoshop, WordPress EDM, SEO or SEM is a plus
• Creative & passionate about social media, and content development
• Be a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•  Immediately available is highly preferred.
