We are looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess a strong sense of creativity and passion in digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement effective digital media plans, strategies and content creation for clients across different channels, such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, YouTube, 小紅書, etc.
• Analyze performance data and provide insights and recommendations to optimize digital marketing campaigns and achieve clients' business marketing goals
• Work independently and as part of a team to deliver exceptional results for clients
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns
• Continuously monitor and analyze digital marketing campaign performance, making adjustments as needed to achieve optimal results
• Mentor and train junior team members to develop their skills and expertise in digital marketing.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in marketing, communications, multimedia, media studies or related fields
• 1+ years experiences in digital marketing or relevant experiences
• Strong passion for digital marketing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a creative mindset
• Native in Cantonese
• Having digital ads, such as social media and Google ads, experience is a plus
• Immediate available is a plus
• Experienced talents would be considered as senior role
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
