Digital Marketing E-commerce Manager SEM PPC Advertising Global Market | Beauty

Purpose of Position

Project E Beauty is now looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketer. In this role, as the key leader in the dynamic and creative digital Advertising team, is responsible for developing and executing digital advertising strategies mainly PPC(Google and Social Media Ads), SEO and initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and ultimately generate conversions and revenue on a global scale. The Digital Advertising Specialist will leverage various digital Advertising channels and platforms (include Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Advertising) to engage with target audiences, to drive brand awareness, increase online visibility, and ultimately generate conversions and revenue on a global scale.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in marketing and advertising campaigns on all digital platforms, such as Google adwords, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram ads).
• Familiar and hands on experience on Google Ads, Merchant Center, Google Search Console, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram ads).
• Utilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC, website optimiziation.
• Devising strategies to drive online traffic to the company website
• Monitor and analyze the ad performance data, and provide insights and optimization advice to advertisers for enhancing promotion effectiveness
• Closely monitor the market trend and provide insights on product development and data enhancement
• Set and closely monitor channel KPI results against targets and manage budget/resources effectively.

Job Requirement:

• 3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing mainly PPC strategy, and consumer products preferred.
• Attention to detail, proactive working attitude, and ability to work independently.
• Sensitive to marketing and beauty trends.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English (Cantonese and Mandarin are a plus).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
