Digitization and Automation Architect / Power Platform Architect Manager

Location: Taipo, Hong Kong (with free parking)

The successful candidate will be responsible for platform development and solution design for Low/No-Code Development, Digitization Initiatives, and Automation. A significant aspect of this role is to lead the company’s Center of Excellence (CoE) for SharePoint, Power Platform, and UI Path. Other tasks include establishing reference architectures, development frameworks and managing delivery and operations of the deployed solutions.

This role will be an important contributor to success of the company's digital transformation strategy. The successful candidate will drive the state-of-the-art usage of no/low code platforms, business analytics reporting/dashboarding technologies to be applied in finance, operations and other business areas.

Roles and Responsibilities

* Design and establish reference architectures for Web Applications using Power Apps for low code, and other popular web frameworks for full code.

* Lead the RPA platforms using Power Automate and UiPath

* Plan, estimate, execute and support development projects using above tools

* Drive Citizen Development on no and low code solutions from Power Platform

* Participate in executing JE’s digitalization strategy by sharing knowledge, training, and consulting with various departments and user communities

* Administration, maintenance, and support of deployed applications

* Lead developer teams to support the application portfolio and to execute new projects

Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree preferred in Information System/ Computer Science/ Engineering

* 5+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure), Microsoft SharePoint Online

* Experience automating enterprise flows with UiPath RPA products

* Preferred experience using AI document processing in PowerPlatform and UIPath

* Preferred experience with Copilot Studio and working knowledge of Azure AI Studio for developing AI applications

* Solid experience with setting up Web Application development standards using PowerPlatform and full-code JavaScript and/or .NET frameworks

* Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with senior executives in various departments.

* Proficient English and Mandarin
