KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer enquiries and give professional advices on visa and passport issues
- Prepare necessary documentations, apply and collect visa/ passport for customers
- Prepare necessary documentations for passport renewal for customers
- Maintain current knowledge base of existing and emerging regulations, standards or guidance documents
- Provide administrative support to the team
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 1 year working experience
- Diligent, attention to details and able to work independently
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
