Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of strategies for donor acquisition and retention.
- Execute initiatives to strengthen relationships with current monthly donors, with the goal of enhancing donor loyalty.
- Manage donation forms by performing data entry and verification to ensure the accuracy and completeness of donor information.
- Conduct welcome calls and handle inbound donor inquiries.
- Follow up on unrealized donations and termination requests.
- Coordinate the production, lettershop, and logistical arrangements for retention and fundraising materials, including newsletters, annual receipts, and direct mailings.
- Assist with donor events and participate in other fundraising activities as needed.
- Provide support for office administrative tasks and database management.
- Carry out other related tasks as required in the team or agency.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in marketing or business administration.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferable in marketing or customer service or fundraising field.
- Good telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and a good team player.
- Attention to details, high accuracy and target-driven.
- Excellent in MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, and fluent in Putonghua.
- Identification with Oxfam’s mission and values is a must.
