Job Highlights

• Commercial / Residential Project.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• ​5 years relevant experience.
• ​5 days work a week.

​​​Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of Design/Construction/As-built drawings.
• Coordinate closely with design & project team to develop the drawings.
• Ensure designs and drawings comply with required standards.
• Knowledge of building regulations.

​​Requirements:

• Diploma or above holder in Architectural, Interior Design, Building Studies or related subjects.
• Over 5 years of experience in interior fitting out works or construction field.
• Experience in Interior Design CAD software for projects including Residential Tower / Carcass / Clubhouse / Lobbies & Commercial Building etc.
• Excellent in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, PowerPoint & PC Software.
• Self-motivated, aggressive, responsible and able to work under pressure.
• Good Spoken & Written in English, Chinese & Mandarin will be advantage.
• On-site work requires
• 5 days work a week.
• Immediately available.
