E-commerce Executive

We are looking for a passionate beauty lover to be in charge of our global markets! The eCommerce specialist will manage and drive business growth with marketing campaigns and business activities to meet the business goals. The role has great exposure to the expanding global ecommerce landscape.

Roles and responsibilities

• Formulate and execute promotion and product assortment plans in different markets.
• Identify and approach quality business partners to achieve business goals.
• Monitor business trends, conduct consumer insight and market research for growth ideas.
• Work closely with purchasing, operations and IT teams on business activities.
• Manage channel budget and forecast for performance optimization.
• Monitor digital trends and identify new initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree with 1-2 years of marketing and/or online experience is an advantage
• Proficient of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Business acumen with good numerical sense.
• Passionate, independent and result-oriented
• A fast learner and a good team player
