E-commerce Executive

Manage the eCommerce business / sales including brand websites, shopping cart, HKTVMALL , etc…

• Develop and implement eCommerce strategies to drive online sales and improve the customer experience
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce website or third parties platform (E.g. HKTVmall, The Club, etc…), including product updates, pricing, promotions, and customer service
• Work closely with the team to develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive traffic to online sales channel
• Monitor and analyze website analytics and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure the website is up-to-date with the latest product information, pricing, and promotions
• Manage customer service inquiries and ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
• Stay up-to-date with the latest eCommerce trends and technologies and provide recommendations for improvement

Requirement:

• 1 years of eCommerce experience, preferably in the retail or baby industry
• Have experience with HKTVmall backend
• Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, including content management systems, payment processing, and shipping providers
• Experience with website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
