E-Commerce IT Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Project management for online interactive, website / mobile APP maintenance and development of key client (electronic/ mobile industry account);
• Supervise UAT, documentations, quality control with objectives to achieve high customer satisfaction within budget, resources allocation and time frames;
• Duties include but not limited to vendor sourcing, logistic arrangements, time line management and production;
• Lead and manage the other members of the project team on a day-to-day basis, ensuring a high quality of output including strategy formulation, creative and technical production and implementation;
• Take care of system implementation/ integration, data analytics, process improvement/ enhancement programs/ reporting;
• Monitor website / mobile APP loading performance and customer engagement on website / mobile APP across all markets;
• Prepare regular reports for customer analytics and performance review.

Job Requirement:

• University graduate with at least 5 years’ experience on web project management focused on website operation, loyalty and marketing analytics;
• In-depth knowledge and experience of E-Commerce platforms, retail technologies, systems and operation processes;
• Good knowledge and strong sense in E-Commerce promotion engine and bug resolving skills;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing;
• Able to multitask and word under stress in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong Leadership skills, good communication and presentation skills;
• Initiative, outgoing, good team player;
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mind-set to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery;
• Sound understanding and experience of contemporary paradigms, Cloud services like Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Microsoft Azure; and DevOps/ Agile Project management skills are preferable;
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly;
• Good project management skill is a must; 
• Hands on experience in managing SAP Hybris systems (WCMS, Backoffice, Cockpits), Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics(tagging) and mobile APP CMS will be an advantage; 
• Knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc. will be an advantage; 
• Experience of working in Agencies or Production House will be preferred.
