E-commerce & Operation Executive

Responsibilities

• Support the e-commerce platforms daily operations  
• Execute online marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media promotions  
• Monitor and analyze website performance, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for growth  
• Coordinate with the marketing, design, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product launches and promotions  
• Handle product listings, including uploading product information, images, and pricing updates  
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock availability on e-commerce platforms  
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to online inquiries and resolving issues promptly  

*Requirements:*  

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field  
• Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and marketplace management tools  
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media advertising  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions  
• Good communication and organizational skills
