E-store Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales initiatives and manage P&L responsibilities for E-Store
• Prepare monthly sales targets, sales plan and promotions, compile weekly reports and share insights
• Act as the gatekeeper to ensure accurate pricing in accordance with internal guidelines
• Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, MIS and Logistics teams to ensure seamless operations and implementation of online sales strategies
• Identify new business opportunities
• Enhance user experience
• Support any ad-hoc tasks assigned

Qualifications:

• University graduate with at least 2 years’ experience in eCommerce / retail management preferred
• Experienced in cross-border marketplaces and eCommerce operations is an advantage
• Good numerical sense and able to analyze data
• Proficiency in MS Office including MS Excel
• Fast learner and willing to face challenges
