Ecommerce Assistant (Part Time)

Job Responsibilities:

Job duties include but not limited to, the followings:

  • Prepare email marketing content and setup the eDM for launch.
  • Monitor digital advertising campaign status and prepare performance reports.
  • Setup, monitor product launch and update the scheduled time, make sure products are launched in time without issues.
  • Assign product categories, go through site merchandising to ensure products are in the correct categories.
  • Adjust and update homepage banner merchandising according to ecommerce game plan.
  • Manage order of products listed on PLP (Product listing page) to optimize the conversion.
  • PO arrangement, Credit/ Debit note handling.
  • Test promo codes.
  • Support and handle ad-hoc projects and reporting as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree holder or above.
  • Experiences in managing Ecommerce platforms, digital merchandise planning/buying, website project development experience in retail/FMCG industry will be an advantage.
  • Competent to work in a fast-paced and dynamic ecommerce environment which requires multi-tasking skills, flexibility and adaptability.
  • Team-player, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient MS Excel (e.g. vlookup), Word and PowerPoint.
  • Immediately available is highly preferred.
