Ecommerce Logistics Executive

Job Description:

1. Responsible for the daily operations of overseas warehouse return/shipment services, coordinating with overseas warehouse managers and colleagues to meet overall client business needs.
2. Manage and oversee the basic operations of overseas warehouses and returns, ensuring smooth operation of processes such as receiving, warehousing, and shipping.
3. Monitor daily warehouse operations with various KPIs matrixes, promptly and appropriately addressing issues like delayed shipment, damaged goods, lost items, or incorrect shipments, while providing timely feedback and solutions for exceptions.
4. Assist in developing and implementing workflows covering the processes of goods receiving, storage, sorting, packaging, and dispatching.
5. Assist new customer onboarding and implementation
6. Handle customer complaints or other emergencies efficiently and effectively.
7. Regularly summarize work progress and analyze warehouse data.
8. Work with a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, proactively taking on tasks, maintaining a positive and optimistic attitude under work pressure.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above; 1-3 years of experience in cross-border e-commerce logistics or warehousing preferred.
• Experience in overseas warehouse operations management, proficient in using WMS and courier shipping tools.
• Familiarity with overseas warehouse operation models, with a strong understanding of inbound/outbound processes and last-mile logistics preferred.
• Strong learning ability and self-motivation, with logical thinking and comprehension skills.
• Excellent customer service awareness, patience, and responsibility, with a proactive, results-oriented approach and strong execution capabilities.
