Editor (Secondary Mathematics)

About the Role

We are looking for talent to join our Secondary Mathematics Editorial Team who will assist in the production of Mathematics teaching and learning materials (in English and/or Chiense edition) for the target market, either in book or electronic form, ensuring that they are accurate and meet market needs and schedules, in order to achieve the policy and profit objectives set by Managment.

Key responsibilities:

• Assist in the production of Mathematics teaching and learning materials (in English and/or Chinese edition) for the target market, either in book or electronic form
• Ensure the teaching and learning materials are accurate and meet market needs and schedules, in order to achieve the policy and profit objectives set by managment
• Prepare manuscript, including proof-reading, copy-editing, develop ideas and prepare briefs for illustrations of books and products
• Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth work progress and develop teacher network.

About You

Essential:

• University degree in Mathematics, Engineering or Computer Science

• At least 2 years's experience in editiorial work or in related fields

• Excellent command of written English and Chinese

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Able to work under pressure

Desirable:

• Good knowledge of IT or teaching experience is an advantage
