Engineer - Maintenance

Job duties: 

• Prepare quotations, coordinate and manage regular and emergency repair and maintenance works for E&M projects
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the progress of maintenance works and provide recommendations for improvement
• Coordinate with all the relevant parties to ensure safety during the implementation of maintenance works, etc. 

Job requirements:

• HD / Degree or above in Building Services 
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Builder preferably in capital/ new works and has experience in supervision and administration
• Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing skills and MS Office operation
• Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
