Engineering Assistant / Assistant Engineer

Job Duties:

• Prepare the necessary documentation for projects
• Coordinate on-site with electrical contractor, supplier and subcontractors to carry out the site work of projects and monitor the site progress to meet the completion schedule
• Involved in the testing and commissioning with subcontractors, suppliers and other trades which are required in the project
• Follow the final handover to the client with the parties concerned and the subsequent defect rectification works
• Attend site meetings and preparation of site reports
• Prepare work completion report on site for payment application to the client and assessment of subcontractor work done
• Report any work variation, change of design, abortive works etc. on-site for claim of additional cost
• Observe the environmental, health and safety policy and regulations

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max, Photoshop, Illustrator And BIM Skills
• Proactive, energetic, self-initiative and pleasant team player with a strong sense of responsibility
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
•  Fresh graduates will be considered
