English Teaching Manager

In this role we would like you to use your best efforts to:
 

• Build and maintain great relationships with students, parents, teachers and admin colleagues
• Onboard and train new teachers so that they are able to deliver exceptional learning experiences
• Dynamically support the teaching team to ensure teachers feel fully nurtured, and able to reach their teaching potential
• Maintain a growth-rich environment for teachers through workshop initiatives and programs such as mentoring
• Initiate team building and motivating activities
• Liaise with admin colleagues to ensure valuable teaching experiences for all our students and resolve any problems 
• Conduct observations and colleague reviews
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and provide feedback accordingly, to senior management

To be successful in this role, you should ideally have the following:  

• English Teaching Experience
• Excellent standard of English
• Sound PC skills including MS Word and Excel, Google Docs
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work positively and confidently within a team or independently
• A Detail-oriented approach
• A mature, responsible and sensible outlook
• The ability to use own initiative and display flexibility when dealing with encountering the unexpected
• Positive attitude
