The Role: EOI - Data, Analyst, Regional Space Planning
What you will be working on:
- Provide oversight and functional ownership of the Space database for client's workplace.
- Oversees space database administration and maintenance.
- Develops and maintains regular space occupancy and utilization reports.
- Interface directly with all stakeholders and ensure data accuracy and communication is maintained at all times.
- Point of contact for all matters relating to management of data records.
- Co-ordinate with planning and transactions teams and the CBRE PMO team to ensure integration.
- Be familiar with and implement the client’s standards and policies.
- Prepare all scheduled and on demand management reports and updates for client and CBRE.
- Ensure all planning and management processes are followed, any changes are communicated and allocation data records are updated accurately.
- Manage the accuracy of the related databases, carry out data updates and ensure that all supporting and associated documentation is accurate.
- Cultivate and maintain a positive working relationship with all client representatives and service providers.
- Communicate proactively with internal and external teams and clients.
You are someone with:
- Bachelor’s degree holder in a relevant field such as architectural/interior design, data science, data management, or other related disciplines.
- Advanced level experience with an appropriate space management system.
- Several years of experience in data management and reporting in relation to space planning, forecasting and performance management, preferrable in financial services sector.
- Experience using visualization and presentation tools as well as AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, and Integrated Workplace Management Systems is an asset.
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of modules used by space planning with hands-on experience in a variety of applications such as space management software and Excel.
- Exceptional customer service skills as well as the ability to plan and communicate effectively with client stakeholders, end users, service providers and vendors.
- Fluent spoken and written English. Ability to speak fluent Cantonese and Mandarin will be a plus.
