職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Estate Manager day-to-day property operations;
  • To supervise operational staff to deliver quality services to meet customers’ expectations
  • Ensure compliance with relevant ordinance and regulations;
  • Build up and maintain good relationship with clients;
  • Handle enquiries and complaints from clients;
  • Participate in meetings with owners’ organization and coordinate management and maintenance works
  • Follow up ad-hoc task(s) assigned by supervisors

Requirements:
 

  • Degree or Diploma holder
  • 1-2 years working experience in property management
  • Familiar with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Good skill in communication and be able to work with people at all levels
  • Fresh graduate will be consider as Assistant Estate Officer
