職位描述

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and execution of various business awards, dinner functions, seminars, etc.
  • Ensure events are in line with the schedule and budget.
  • Draft and produce communications collateral, including posters and promotional brochures, using Canva.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support for committee meetings.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and irregular working days/hours as required.

 

Requirements

  • Well-versed in using Canva, Poe, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must. 
  • Demonstrates quick response capability, ensuring effective and efficient execution with meticulous attention to detail and error-free work.
  • Experience in events or administration supporting functions is preferred.
  • Independent and highly motivated with strong initiative and multi-tasking ability.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Immediate availability is preferred.
