Highlights

Job Responsibilities

  • Meet with client to obtain a detailed brief and understanding of requirements
  • Brainstorming event and design ideas together with the Producer & Account Servicing Team
  • Work closely with the Design and Production Team in order to meet clients’ needs
  • Manage project budget and cost control
  • Maintain good relationships with clients

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Great communication skills with clients & vendors
  • Good project management, multitasking & detail minded
  • Team player, curious & passionate in Events
  • Independent, responsible and self-motivated with good communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of spoken & written English & Cantonese & Putonghua
  • Able to work under tight schedule and willing to work overtime
  • 2 years or above relevant working experience is a preferred. Event Industry experience is an advantage
  • Immediately available or short notice is preferable
