職位描述

Duties:

The appointee is responsible for (a) providing administrative and clerical support in the Registry; (b) counter duties; (c) answering enquiries; (d) assisting in the two Institutions’ functions/activities; and (e) undertaking such other duties as determined by the Registrar or other reporting officers.

 

Appointment Criteria:

Applicants for the post of Executive Assistant II should (a) have possessed a sub-degree qualification in any discipline; (b) have 1 year’s relevant work experience; (c) be competent in computing application, (d) have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (e) a good communication skill with pleasant, polite and friendly personality; and (f) be a good team player with a strong sense of responsibility.

Candidates with more experience may be considered for the post of Executive Assistant I.


Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
