職位描述

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal and business support to senior executive
  • Liaise with internal and external parties for business activities, project management etc
  • Maintain calendar, coordinate meetings, events, organize daily schedules and travel arrangement
  • Handle business correspondence, confidential documents, and other administrative duties
  • Maintain electronic and paper record ensuring correspondences and business cards and contacts are organized and easily accessible for daily business use
  • Conduct research, prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by boards of directors
  • Assist in corporate events and activities
  • Any other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Requirements:

  • University degree holder in any disciplines
  • Relevant Personal Assistant/secretarial experience is an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Well organized, detail-minded, able to handle multi-tasks with strong sense of responsibility and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Immediate availability is preferred
