Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
- 4-5 years relevant experience in secretarial and personal support
- Experience in diary management, preferably in serving senior executives
- Previous experience in handling family matters would be an advantage
- Self-motivated, energetic, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
- Well-versed in using MS Office such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication of English and conversational Putonghua
- Immediate available is a great advantage
Job Responsibilities
- Assist Executive Director on full spectrum of secretarial and personal support
- Handle calendar management and arrange daily schedules & appointments
- Liaise with drivers and domestic helpers on personal / family matters coordination
- Provide support on travel logistics, flight scheduling and hotel accommodations
- Organize personal & business meetings and perform ad hoc duties as assigned
