Responsibilities:
- Delivering efficient and high quality secretarial and administrative assistance to Managing Director;
- Preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and keeping track of post-meeting follow-ups; consolidating business presentations, preparing and distributing correspondences, maintaining records and reports;
- Assist in managing selected business matters; drafting of policies and its implementation;
- Assisting in broad spectrum of company secretarial and compliance matters;
- Maintaining confidential information and ensuring sensitive information is handled appropriately with strict confidence;
- Serving as one of the key point of contacts for designated business units on coordinating matters, and facilitating communications with internal and external parties.
Requirements:
- University graduate in related disciplines
- Minimum 15 years working experience in the capacity of executive secretary with company secretary knowledge, preferably in property industry
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Well organized and systematic
- Proactive and solutions-oriented
- Strong awareness of maintaining highest degree of confidentiality with integrity and sensitivity;
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word
