Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive secretarial, administrative and operational support to CEO
Liaise with relevant government departments and local and overseas organizations
Draft reports, business correspondences, presentation and proposals, etc.
Manage CEO's calendar and daily appointments
Organize travel arrangement (ticket, hotel and daily itinerary planning), company events,personal and social functions
Handle personal affairs
Assist CEO in coordinating and communicating with both internal and external parties
Maintain up-to-date and systematic filing system
Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years related working experience in serving senior executives
University graduate is preferred with formal secretarial training
Fluent in spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin with good communication skills
Good at written Chinese and English communication
Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
Excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
Well-organized, pleasant, detail-minded, tactful, responsible, independent, dedicated, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
Willing to work overtime
