Finance & Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and perform duties on regular accounts payable including cheque and bank transfer, etc.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned, like Bank line application & annual renewal, Statutory filing, BUD projects, Standard costing, etc.
• Prepare bank reconciliation for bank settlement
• Perform month-end closing & year-end and prepare financial reports
• Coordinate yearly annual audit process and proper tax filing according to HK and China statutory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and related discipline
• Min. 1-2 years related working experience
• Student member of HKICPA, or associate member of other professional accounting bodies is preferable (ACCA, CPA, CA, AICPA)
• Details minded, organized and stable
• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and SAP software preferred
• Good command on both written and spoken English and Chinese
