Key Responsibilities:
Cash Calendar Management:
- Generate weekly shipment summaries.
- Calculate payment in and out dates based on payment terms.
- Organize and manage these dates within our cash calendar.
Bank Transactions Bookkeeping:
- Oversee and meticulously record all bank deposits, withdrawals, and transfers in the cash book.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness in all financial records.
Quarterly P&L Reporting:
- Prepare and present the quarterly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for the finance department.
- Provide insights and analysis to support financial decision-making.
Payroll Management:
- Process employee payroll on the 5th of every month, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Reimbursement Management:
- Use Odoo software to manage employee expense claims and reimbursements.
Contract Management:
- Handle employment contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Additional Administrative Tasks:
- Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor when needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in finance operations or a similar role.
- Skills: Independent, hard-working, and able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
- Location: Must be able to work in Hong Kong.
