Key Responsibilities:

Cash Calendar Management:

  • Generate weekly shipment summaries.
  • Calculate payment in and out dates based on payment terms.
  • Organize and manage these dates within our cash calendar.

Bank Transactions Bookkeeping:

  • Oversee and meticulously record all bank deposits, withdrawals, and transfers in the cash book.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in all financial records.

Quarterly P&L Reporting:

  • Prepare and present the quarterly Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for the finance department.
  • Provide insights and analysis to support financial decision-making.

Payroll Management:

    Process employee payroll on the 5th of every month, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Reimbursement Management:

    Use Odoo software to manage employee expense claims and reimbursements.

Contract Management:

    Handle employment contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Additional Administrative Tasks:

    Perform any other duties as assigned by your supervisor when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in finance operations or a similar role.
  • Skills: Independent, hard-working, and able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
  • Location: Must be able to work in Hong Kong.
