Finance Manager / Assistant Finance Manager

Job Duties:

• Prepare management reports, statutory accounts and financial analysis
• Supervise the accounting team in daily operations
• Ensure record completeness, proper procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance of company policies and statutory requirements
• Optimize and streamline departmental work flow to assure efficiency
• Liaise with external partners including customers, suppliers, bankers, auditors etc
• Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline with professional accounting qualification
• 8 -10 years working experience in accounting field with at least 5 years supervisory experiences
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, self-motivated and detail-minded
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Experiences in Air Freight industry is a definite advantage
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager
