Job responsibilities

• Responsible for the company's daily financial accounting work, including account processing, voucher preparation, etc., accurately prepare all kinds of financial statements, such as balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement, to ensure that the financial data is true and accurate and in line with the relevant accounting standards.

•  In-depth analysis of financial data to assess the company's financial position and operating results, and forecast financial trends. Provide professional financial analysis reports and constructive opinions for the company's strategic planning, budgeting, cost control and other operational decisions.

• Lead the organization of the company's annual budget preparation, monitor the budget implementation, timely detection and resolution of budget deviations. At the same time, it is responsible for cost accounting and analysis, formulating cost control strategies, reducing operating costs and enhancing the company's profitability.

•  Establish a sound financial risk management system, identify, assess and respond to various types of financial risks, including but not limited to capital risk, credit risk, exchange rate risk and so on. Ensure the soundness and sustainability of the company's financial operations.

• Participate in the company's internal audit work, supervise the implementation of financial systems and processes, and ensure that the company's financial management is compliant and legal. Cooperate with the audit work of external audit organizations and provide necessary financial information and explanations.

Requirements

• College degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, finance and other related majors, with intermediate or above accounting title.

• 1-3 years or above financial management work experience, experience in e-commerce industry is preferred.

•Proficient in financial accounting, financial analysis, budget management, cost control and other financial management work, skilled in the use of financial software (such as Kingdee, UFIDA, etc.) and office software (Excel, Word, etc.), familiar with the preparation of financial statements and financial analysis model.

• Good financial analysis ability, risk control ability, communication and coordination ability and team management ability, strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics, able to withstand greater work pressure.
