Financial Management Manager Position（財務管理經理崗）

Job Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the head of the Finance Department, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Conduct analysis of the company’s financial and operational activities, prepare related financial reports, and provide support for business decision-making.
2. Develop specialized financial models and related calculations for various company projects.
3. Oversee the review of proposals, financial statement accounting, and annual audit evaluations for affiliated companies. Audit financial management work for subsidiaries and monitor financial risks.
4. Handle ongoing connected transactions approvals and respond to inquiries from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
5. Assist with the company's capital operations, investment management, and five key tests.
6. Collaborate on matters such as external audits, auditor appointments, annual financial settlement, annual report preparation, asset evaluation, and asset management.
7. Assist in establishing and improving the financial control system, policies, and procedures.
8. Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and project cost management.
9. Track changes in accounting and tax policies, and complete annual Cayman tax registrations.
10. Perform other related financial tasks as assigned.

工作職責：

在財務部負責人的指導下開展下述工作：

1. 開展公司財務與經營活動分析，編寫相關財務報告，為經營決策提供支援；
2. 負責公司各項目的專項財務模型及相關測算；
3. 負責參股公司議案審核、報表核算和年度審計評估工作，審核下屬公司相關財務管理工作，監控財務風險；
4. 負責持續關連交易審批以及回復聯交所質詢：
5. 配合公司資本運營、投資管理以及五項測試；
6. 配合外部審計、審計師聘請、年度決算、年報編制、資產評估與資產管理等事宜；
7. 協助建立健全財務管控體系與制度程式；
8. 協助開展財務規劃、財務預算及預計、專案成本管理；
9. 跟蹤會計、稅務政策等變化研究，完成年度開曼稅務註冊；
10. 其他相關的財務工作。
