Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Work Location: Prosperity Center, 25 Chong Yip Street, Kwun Tong, Kowloon, Hong Kong

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for management reporting including preparation of group management reports, forecast, and adhoc management reports on timely basis.
• Assist in monitoring accounts of subsidiaries in China and overseas.
• Prepare monthly business segmental reports.
• Provide timely and relevant financial information to management for decision making and planning purposes.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Provide analysis on business development and may monitor business performance by unit, division or group.
• Develop and coach the subordinates.
• Assist and support corporate finance projects.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Qualified Accountant and degree holder in Finance or Accounting discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience (including 2 years of supervisory role).
• Hands-on experience in financial analysis, forecasting and consolidation.
• Experience on account closing, taxation, and know-how of computerized accounting system.
• Able to work independently and under pressure, pro-active, team player, hardworking.
• Good command in English and Mandarin.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel.
