Foreman / Workshop Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• In charge of workshop and ensure efficient operation, availability of adequate workshop capacity with well-maintained equipment
• Ensure sufficient manpower and manpower efficiency
• Provide technical advice for technicians when necessary
• Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures
• Other ad hoc tasks as per request

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Technical or Engineering related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supervisory level, experience in automobile industry is an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Group player, responsible and self-motivated
• Well-organized, customer-oriented with a business mindset
• Possess a valid driving license no. 1
