Headquartered in Hong Kong, CGS assist the group’s partners in sourcing vendors and products, monitoring production, certifying products and factories and overseeing shipping to the port of destination. Job Description:

Shipment Coordination

• Daily shipments coordination and follow-up, both airfreight and seafreight
• Monitor shipment status and ensure on-time deliveries
• Trading documents (CI, PL...) issuance
• Shipping documents follow-up
• Letter of credit follow up (issuance, discrepancies...)
• Data entry of the shipments into company's applications/systems
• Ensure shipment data accuracy and integrity
• Monitor the performance of 3PL

Communication

• Liaise internally with logistics headquarters, commercial teams, overseas partners
• Liaise externally with suppliers, forwarders, carriers and logistics providers
• Escalate to management on shipment issues
• Communicate with overseas parties globally via conference calls (occasionally beyond office hours) to ensure a smooth organization and on-time delivery of shipments

Supporting Duties

• Support the team on daily work and any other logistics activities
• Generate ad hoc reports independently
• Handle ad hoc projects
• Lead and train new team members

 All the activities should be on the basis of Casino ethic rules.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma Degree or above in International Business or Logistics or Supply Chain
• Familiar with trade operation procedures, foreign trade document process and related laws and regulations, with expertise in trade field
• At least 2 years of working experience in trading, import/export business. (Candidates with less experience will be considered as Logistics Assistant)
• Excellent PC skills (e.g. MS Office)
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Well-organized and efficient, hardworking, good communication skills and detailed-oriented
• High sense of responsibility
