Job Responsibilities
- Perform daily front desk duties in a professional manner, including answering customer enquiries, telephone calls, emails, greeting guests, managing distribution of incoming and outgoing mails & etc.
- Provide quality customer service in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure frontline services to the utmost standard and maintaining a good relationship with our guests and clients
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and conference room management
- Assist in any ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, responsible and customer oriented
- Good telephone manner, polite, initiative and willing to learn
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
- Proficiency in PC application (e.g.: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Chinese word processing)
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Immediate available is highly preferred
