General Manager, Retail Operation (Jewellery)

NES Fircroft is partnering with a high-end jewellery brand for a General Manager, Retail Operation position. The incumbent will be responsible for all retail operation of the stores in Hong Kong and grow the business in the region.

• Expected to achieve quarterly benchmarks on P&L
• Prepare a strategic plan for your porfolios
• Responsible for hiring, mentoring & training Store Managers
• Develop Succession plan for each Store
• Overall security plan for each Store n
• Oversee safety & training plan for each Store
• Offer training & development opportunities

Requirements

• 5-7+ years years of management experience in a retail environment
• 12-15+ years of experience in a department store or retail establishment
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must have P&L experience
• Experience working in a union environment, preferred
• Must have multi-site management
• Experience in strategic planning
• Have reliable transportation to visit each store
