Through the Scheme "A" training program accredited by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE), Kum Shing has been nurturing dynamic young talents who aspire to a promising career in the construction industry.  This program helps graduate engineers acquire professional qualifications and provides them with comprehensive exposure to various engineering projects.  Over the years, some of these talented individuals have already reached senior managerial positions.

We look for:

• Degree holder in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines (including Mainland and overseas programs eligible for HKIE Scheme “A” training)
• Energetic individuals with sharp minds and excellent people skills, passionate about project planning and on-site execution
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
